What are the move-in costs?
Your initial move-in cost includes your first month's rent, a one-time lock fee of $10, and a fully refundable $25 deposit.
When can I access my storage unit?
Standard gate access hours are from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. We also offer 24-hour access upon management approval.
Is my property secure?
Yes. All of our facilities are lighted and fenced. We utilize 24-hour video surveillance, individual door alarms, and computerized gate access systems to maximize security.
Do you offer climate-controlled units?
Yes, we offer climate-controlled units specifically designed to protect your temperature- and humidity-sensitive items from extreme weather conditions.
Do you provide moving supplies?
Yes! We sell boxes and moving supplies at our main office on Kacey Drive. We also provide dollies and carts on-site for customer use.
Can I store a vehicle or boat?
Yes, we offer specific car and boat storage options. Please contact our office for availability and sizing.
